You Said WHAT????
Wesley is a senior at El Dorado and wasn't too sure about me when I showed up in an alley full of dumpsters to take his senior pictures. But, as you can see, once he warmed up, he is GORJ! I can't tell you what I said to him to get those smirks..but it worked. His little brother Zach came along for the shoot so I took a couple shots of him as well!

Deja-Neighbor-Vu
These are my FAVORITE neighbors. I did a "Xmas in July" shoot with them (which I won't post so I don't ruin their cards this year) but I HAD to share some of the non-holiday themed pics. Aren't they gorgeous?? You can also see them here from a family shoot I did with them in the bosque last October.

Dang You, Prince
I just loved this shoot. I took all of the pictures with one fixed lens and Bonnie Mitchell (who thought I was coming onto the model..Marisa..when I asked her if she'd ever heard the song "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World"..I thought she looked like one of the video gals. Marisa..being 100 years younger than me, had not heard of the song..leaving me looking..well..like I WAS hitting on her.)

Ballerina and Bug Bites
First, I have to say THANK YOU to Bonnie Mitchell. She let me tag along on this photo shoot (and many more) and is gracious enough to encourage me to post pictures.
Now..this shoot. I am STILL scratching the bites I got on this shoot. Poor Shelby (the model) is absolutely covered in bites. She was AMAZING! We all just walked into the most foul stagnant water you could ever imagine and she went for it. Here it is...

A Return to the Beginning
The Langley's have been here for me from day ONE of my photography journey. They were my first paying clients and Michelle has always referred me to friends and colleagues. She is an amazing doula and these were her "goodbye to Albuquerque" pictures..she and her family are off to new adventures in Colorado. I will miss them!

All American Boy
My great friend Elena wanted some action shots of Eston's last game. The caveat? He couldn't know I was there. So here I am, sneaking around with my HUGE lens, trying to act like a spy and catch him in action. He caught on after a few innings, but not before I captured him dancing, cheering and goofing around as shortstop. You can see him without his uniform (and Elena and Jake too!) here.
