PUPS ON PARADE!!!

 Helllooooo long lost friends!

I have been in a rut with this blog...I just can't seem to find the motivation to keep at it, and now I am so far behind I am overwhelmed with where to start again.

BUT, I am going to just START. 

This little lady turned 6 years old and had a PUPPY PARADE!! Her mom is SO fantastic at organizing and throwing parties...there was a DJ, the a fire truck, the Kona Ice Truck and, best of all, DOGS! 

What Is Your Favorite Animal?

Yesterday we braved the HEAT and went to the zoo. I can tell you...I am NOT a wildlife photographer. I lack patience (shocking). Shooting through the "glass" they have most of animals behind was also challenging...fingerprints and reflections are not my norm. BUT, I took one lens and tried to stay patient through the sweat and the whining. I swear I could watch the orangutans all day...I feel like they look into my soul. It was so hot, most of the animals were either inside or just or just splayed out trying to cool off. The squirrel at the end was the funniest. What is your favorite animal?
